Refund Policy

Seeing your preview is free and needs no card, so you only pay once you have seen the site and decided to keep it.
Keep it, paid monthly
No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime online and you won't be charged again. Your site stays up through the month you already paid for.
The same applies to hosting only at $39 a month.
Keep it, paid yearly
If your site is not live within 7 days of us receiving your domain info, you get a full refund of your yearly payment. Just ask.
After your site is live, canceling stops the next yearly renewal. Your site and everything in your plan stay on through the year you already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a year.
How to ask for a refund
Email help@keepsite.cc with your business name and the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
A charge you don't recognize
Email us first at help@keepsite.cc. We will look it up and fix any mistake.
